SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

Shipping Coverage
We ship to all 48 contiguous U.S. states. Please contact us before ordering if delivery is required to Alaska, Hawaii, a U.S. territory, or an international destination.
We can ship to most addresses worldwide. However, certain products, destinations, and shipping methods may be subject to carrier, customs, import, size, or other restrictions. International customers should contact us before placing an order if specific shipping information is required.
Custom-Made Products
Our inflatable figures and other customized products are made specifically for each customer. They are not pre-manufactured, ready-to-ship items.
Every custom order requires design preparation, customer approval, production, quality inspection, packaging, and transportation. Production and transit times are separate and must be calculated together.
Production Time
The estimated production time for a custom product is approximately 10–15 business days.
Production begins on the next business day after all of the following have been completed:
1. The required initial payment has been received.
2. The customer has approved the final design or mockup in writing.
3. All required dimensions, artwork, text, colors, delivery information, and other order details have been provided.
If these requirements are completed on different dates, the production timeline begins after the last requirement has been completed.
Production time may vary depending on the size, complexity, construction, quantity, materials, printing requirements, revisions, or other specifications of the product. Highly complex, oversized, or unusual custom products may require additional production time. Any order-specific timeline confirmed in writing by our team takes priority over the general estimate stated in this policy.
Customer-requested revisions, delayed design approval, missing information, scope changes, payment delays, or changes requested after approval may pause or extend the production timeline.
Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, U.S. federal holidays, applicable production-facility holidays, or carrier closure dates.
Final Payment and Release for Shipping
If an order is divided into an initial payment and a remaining balance, both payments are components of the same custom order and do not represent separate products or separate orders unless expressly stated otherwise.
Production may begin after the required initial payment, but the completed product will not be released for shipping until any outstanding balance has been received and cleared. A delay in the final payment will extend the shipment date accordingly.
Estimated Shipping and Transit Time
After production, quality inspection, and receipt of all required payments, the order is prepared for dispatch.
Estimated transit time is approximately 10–15 business days after dispatch. Transit time is separate from production time.
The typical combined timeline for a custom order is therefore approximately 20–30 business days from final design approval and receipt of the required initial payment until delivery, provided that the customer supplies all required information and payments without delay.
Transit and delivery dates displayed by a carrier, tracking service, checkout page, or third-party platform are estimates unless a specific guaranteed delivery date has been expressly confirmed by us in writing.
Event Dates and Deadlines
Customers are responsible for placing orders sufficiently in advance of any event, promotion, opening, exhibition, or other deadline.
Providing us with an event date does not create a guaranteed delivery commitment. A delivery date is guaranteed only when our company expressly confirms that specific date in writing.
An order remaining within the disclosed production and transit timeline is not considered late, undelivered, or unfulfilled merely because the customer’s preferred event date is approaching.
Order Updates and Tracking
We maintain communication with customers throughout the design, production, and shipping process and provide material order updates when available.
Tracking information is provided after the shipment has been processed by the carrier. Tracking may require additional time to activate after the package is transferred into the carrier’s network.
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages or through more than one carrier. Separate packages may arrive on different dates and may have different tracking numbers. Delivery of one package before another does not mean that the order is incomplete or missing.
Carrier and External Delays
Once an order has been dispatched, transportation is handled by an independent carrier. Delivery may be affected by weather, flight cancellations, customs processing, carrier congestion, peak-season volume, holidays, inspections, incorrect address information, remote delivery locations, or other circumstances outs
